Catoctin Custom Builders is a full-service, licensed contractor for the state of Maryland (MHIC# 96823). We are fully equipped to handle any new home, renovation or addition, and we stand behind our work with a quality guarantee. We communicate with our customers every step of the way as we transform their home.
As a full-service home builder, we can design and build a custom home from start to finish right down to clearing the lot. We’ll work with you through every stage of the process:
-
Beginning
Walk through the steps so every client knows what to expect when working with CCB.
-
Design
Explain how the home design process works.
-
Prep
Discuss and layout any prep work to be done: architect drawings, clear land, etc.
-
Building
Explain the home building process, timelines, etc.
-
Building
Punch lists, plan shrubs, final site walk through, etc.
CCB offers a full turn-key operation. These services include the initial home site visit, having the lot surveyed, clearing the lot, consultation with an architect to ensure the design suits all of the clients wants, needs, and expectations.
Once the plans have been finalized, CCB will handle the entire permitting process. When the permit is issued, construction will commence. We don’t like to rush the building process, but we guarantee the delivery of your new home in a 7 to 9 month time span from the time the foundation is complete. This will ensure that the house has plenty of time to settle before the homeowners move in. Prior to the move in date, all of the punch list items are completed by the owners of CCB or our in-house carpenters.
We handle any type of home remodeling – from full kitchen and bathroom renovations to an addition attached to the existing home structure. We also offer the construction of a standalone garage if more space is needed.
Our team is experienced and fully committed, with decades of experience in the construction and home improvement industry. Our goal is to improve your home with quality design and craftsmanship, and work with you every step of the way from start to finish.
All cabinets, built-ins, desks, bars, etc. are constructed out of rough-cut lumber directly from the mill. Clients are given the opportunity to select the type of wood, and whether or not they want the cabinets to show off the natural beauty of the wood or have them painted.
